This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. We aim to collect the minimum needed to run the Service.
We do not sell your data. We do not run third-party advertising trackers. We do not read your Discord messages — only membership is checked.
To generate responses, your prompts are sent to AI providers, which may include Cloudflare Workers AI (free tier), DeepSeek, and Anthropic (Claude). All models — free and premium — run on our own metered provider accounts; no personal API key is ever required from you. Those providers process the prompt to return output under their own privacy terms. Do not submit secrets or personal data you don't want transmitted to a model provider.
Premium payments are made over the Bitcoin Lightning Network through our own non-custodial node. We store only what's needed to record your entitlement (such as a payment reference and the tier purchased) — we do not collect cards, bank details, or full payment credentials, and we never take custody of your funds.
Session tokens expire automatically. Project and prompt data are retained while your account is active so your work persists; you may request deletion at any time via the VibeBuilders Discord, and we will remove your account data within a reasonable period.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these, contact us in the VibeBuilders Discord. We do not sell personal information as defined by the CCPA.
Sessions are signed, secrets are stored as encrypted platform secrets, and access is gated. No system is perfectly secure; use strong Discord account hygiene.
We may update this policy; the "Last updated" date reflects the latest version.
