Terms of Service

VibeMaestro ("the Service") is a Discord-gated, browser-based AI coding studio operated by Indica Independent Media ("we", "us"). By signing in and using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility & access

Access is granted through Discord OAuth and is available to members of our authorized Discord communities (currently the VibeBuilders / Vibe Coding Club and vibedevelopers servers). During the beta period, community members join a waiting room and are granted studio access on a rolling basis. We may suspend or revoke access for accounts that are banned, restricted, or removed from those communities, or that violate these Terms.

2. Your content and generated code

• You own your inputs. Prompts, descriptions, and files you provide remain yours.
• You own the output. We claim no ownership over code or content the Service generates for you. To the extent we hold any rights in output, we assign them to you.
• You are responsible for how you use, deploy, and distribute generated code.

3. AI-generated code — no warranty, review required

Code and content are produced by automated AI models and are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose, security, or non-infringement. AI output can contain errors, insecure patterns, or code that resembles third-party or open-source works. You must review, test, and security-audit all generated code before using it in production. Do not deploy generated code without human review.

4. Model providers

The Service routes requests to third-party and platform AI providers, which may include Cloudflare Workers AI (free tier), DeepSeek, and Anthropic (Claude). All model access — free and premium — runs on our own metered provider accounts; you never need to bring or supply your own API key. Your prompts are transmitted to the relevant provider to generate a response, subject to that provider's terms.

5. Acceptable use

• No unlawful, infringing, harmful, or abusive use.
• No attempts to extract secrets, bypass usage caps, or attack the Service or other users.
• No generation of malware, spam, or content that violates others' rights.
• Respect per-account usage caps and rate limits.

6. Tiers & payment

A free tier is included with community membership, subject to daily usage caps and shared capacity. Paid access unlocks higher capacity and premium model reasoning at $3/day, $27/month, or $300/year (Bitcoin Lightning, USD-anchored). Payment is made exclusively over the Bitcoin Lightning Network through our own non-custodial node — there are no cards, fiat processors, or middlemen, and we never take custody of your funds. Fees are disclosed in the studio at time of upgrade and, given the nature of Lightning payments, are non-refundable except where required by law.

7. Intellectual property in the Service

The Service itself — its software, branding ("VibeMaestro", "The Maestro", "Capy"), and design — is owned by Indica Independent Media. These Terms grant no license to our marks.

8. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of generated code.

9. DMCA / infringement

If you believe content on the Service infringes your rights, contact us in the VibeBuilders Discord with details and we will respond in accordance with applicable law.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
